Catrina Mexican Spot opened its doors in May 2025 as a labor of love from our family. As a proud women-owned and family-operated business, our restaurant represents the beautiful fusion of authentic culinary traditions from Mexico and Guatemala, combined with a passion for sharing exceptional food with our community.
Our culinary heart beats strongest in two extraordinary specialties: our four handcrafted moles - each a masterpiece of complexity featuring Oaxacan chocolate, carefully selected chiles, nuts, and aromatic spices - and our beloved barbacoa de borrego, available exclusively on weekends for those who seek the ultimate authentic experience.
